This winter we have had the opportunity to increase the square footage of one of our tees and add drainage to hole 16. The tee was not large enough to support the amount of traffic received during the season. Also the tee and the surrounding area had poor drainage and would stay wet several days after any rainfall. Due to the lack of drainage, we had severe bentgrass contamination in the rough and was incredibly difficult to maintain throughout the year.

|Adding drainage to the teeing surface|
|As you can see, we almost doubled the tee which will help reduce wear and tear.|
